By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any wj33 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the wj33 online gaming platform, available at wj33.app ("Platform"), operated by wj33 ("we", "us", "our", or "wj33"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the service.
By creating a wj33 account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Any account found to be held by an underage player will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the wj33 Platform is lawful under the laws of Malaysia. wj33 does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.
Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the wj33 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses.
You are required to provide accurate personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. wj33 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification checks as required under its international licensing obligations and internal compliance policies. KYC verification may be required at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal.
Acceptable KYC documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.
wj33 reserves the right to suspend account access, withhold withdrawals, or close accounts where KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. wj33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
wj33 accepts deposits via the following methods: FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit is MYR 20 unless otherwise stated. wj33 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms. Withdrawals to e-wallets typically process within 5–15 minutes following approval; FPX bank transfers may take 15–60 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule.
All funds on the wj33 Platform are held in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless you have specifically deposited using cryptocurrency, in which case crypto conversion rates apply at the time of transaction. wj33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been identified.
ℹ Note: wj33 does not accept deposits or withdrawals on behalf of third parties. All transactions must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to use third-party payment methods will result in transaction rejection and may trigger an account review.

All games available on the wj33 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the game's rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game's conduct.
wj33 uses Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all digital table games and slot titles. The fairness and randomness of game outcomes is independently verified. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are accurate representations of independently audited figures.
In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or software error that causes an incorrect outcome, wj33 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund stakes to the player's account balance. wj33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical failure beyond its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions on the player's end.
For sportsbook products, in the event that a live event is abandoned, postponed, or a market is settled incorrectly, wj33's sportsbook rules (available in the sportsbook section) will govern the outcome. Void bets will be returned to the player's wallet at the original stake value.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wj33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the wj33 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation of all such content — is the proprietary property of wj33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
wj33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
wj33 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data in transit and at rest. wj33 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wj33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
wj33's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The wj33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You may request closure of your wj33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
wj33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; technical or security risks associated with the account; or as required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
In the event that wj33 closes your account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited. wj33 will notify you of the reason for closure to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wj33 holds its primary operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit your rights under any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
In the event of any dispute between you and wj33, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body specified under wj33's operating licence.
You agree not to bring any class-action claims against wj33, and to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to participate in any class or representative proceedings arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
wj33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be noted at the top of the Terms page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
